We source, tender out and cost control all involved parties and make sure that service level is provided at top level with the best price. Above all we keep costs low by submitting the job to skilled craftsmen instead of hiring traders, general contractors and consultants.

PROJECT SCHEDULING AND MONITORING

The opening target of the retailer is our main focus when managing projects. We steer all involved suppliers while integrating the retailer’s internal structure in the project process. Contractors are pushed to streamline their work, making sure they meet their deadlines. At the same time we drive the decision process with the retailer to quickly take actions.
